NO MORE DAMAGED HAIR, ON THE ROAD TO THE BEST BEAUTY TIPS!

Our little beauty tips make your daily routine easier for gorgeous hair!

Where to start?

It goes without saying that the beauty of your hair comes first from the inside. A healthy, balanced and varied diet will help you have very healthy hair. Vegetables and fruits, for example, are an excellent source of various vitamins. Red meats, of iron.

Wash it, yes, but how?

Washing your hair may seem like a gesture you don’t think too much about. Wrong! Certain aspects of washing must be taken into consideration to get dream hair. They are simple:

  • No to water above 50 °C!

First, avoid hot water at all costs. We girls love filling our bathrooms with thick steam! However, this boiling water turns out to be among the most harmful for your hair. Indeed, it will only damage your hair by removing its naturally moisturizing layer, making it very brittle and dull. Also, it will greatly increase your sebum production, which tends to accelerate hair loss.

Remember that you are washing a keratinous material (made of keratin), not cooking pasta… So prefer lukewarm water!

  • Lather isn’t everything!

It is absolutely not necessary to create a dense, endless lather! Two hazelnut-sized amounts of shampoo are more than enough for an optimal wash. Three for slightly oilier hair. Indeed, using too much shampoo may dry out your hair by removing its moisturizing layer.

Also, do not apply products directly to your scalp, but rather to your hands. Then wash gently (and without using your nails!) by massaging, then rinse abundantly.

Brushing becomes a pleasure!

Brushing methods differ greatly from person to person. However, experts have finally agreed on how to brush your hair: in the shower and with a conditioner. Especially for damaged hair (almost all of us are affected…), this product allows effortless detangling. Using a wide-tooth comb, brush your hair to remove persistent knots. Wet, lubricated hair will not break, whereas hair that is only wet tends to be weakened and therefore very brittle.

Moisturizing is strongly recommended!

On damp or dry hair, depending on the product instructions, moisturizing is essential! Indeed, many masks and oils exist to make your hair more resistant to the environment and therefore to breakage. We strongly recommend aloe vera masks for deep hydration. Once every two weeks is more than enough. For oils, opt for coconut oil (rich in lauric acid) or jojoba oil (rich in omega-9 and vitamin E) but also, our pride, olive oil (rich in everything!).

And to finish?

One or more courses of food supplements each year will help you strengthen, nourish and repair your hair from the inside. Thus, growth will be stimulated, hair loss reduced and breakage decreased. Do you need to know more about our BEAUTÉ gummies?
