Returns and refunds

In summary: report any damaged, incomplete or non-
compliant product to us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos as evidence. For
hygiene and food safety reasons, an opened or unsealed product can be neither
taken back nor exchanged.

Why food supplements are not taken back

Our gummies are food products. Once the bottle has been opened or its seal broken,
we can no longer guarantee the storage conditions of the product: it therefore cannot
be resold or taken back. This rule protects all of our customers and applies
to all food supplements.

In which cases is a return accepted?

• The product received is damaged (broken bottle, seal broken on receipt).
• The product received does not match the one ordered.
• Your order is incomplete.
• The product is expired or its expiry date is too close.

In all these cases, the product must be unopened and in its original
packaging.

How do I report a problem?

1. Write to us within 48 hours at contact@lesessentielleslab.com.tn or by message on
   Instagram.
2. Provide your order number and attach photos of the
   product and the package.
3. We will reply with the steps to follow.

How does the refund work?

After verification, we offer you either the replacement of the product, or
a refund. For an order paid by card via ClicToPay, the
refund is made to the card used; the time it takes to appear then depends on
your bank. For an order paid on delivery, we agree on the arrangements together.

What if I simply change my mind?

As long as the order has not been shipped, you can modify it within 48 hours
or cancel it within 24 hours — see the page
delivery. Once the package has been delivered and the product opened, a return
is no longer possible for the hygiene reasons explained above.

Not satisfied with the result?

A course of food supplements takes time: the first effects usually appear
after three to four weeks. If you have any doubt about the product you chose or about how
