1. Overview

The website lesessentielleslab.com.tn (hereinafter "the Site") is published by Les Essentielles Lab, a nutricosmetics laboratory specializing in food supplements in gummy form, operating in Tunisia. For any questions, contact us via the contact page.

2. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Site, as well as orders placed on the online shop. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

3. Products

The products offered are food supplements in gummy form. They are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before use. Product photographs are as faithful as possible but do not constitute a contractual commitment.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are indicated in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included. Les Essentielles Lab reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. The order is confirmed after payment is validated or cash on delivery is chosen.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card via a secure payment platform, or on delivery depending on the options offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours and delivered throughout Tunisia. Delivery times are given for information only and may vary depending on location. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before the order is confirmed.

7. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Tunisian legislation on electronic commerce, you have a period in which to report any damaged or non-conforming product received. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, opened or unsealed products cannot be taken back or exchanged. Contact us via the contact page for any complaint.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Les Essentielles Lab. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

Les Essentielles Lab cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use of the products that does not comply with the recommendations on the packaging.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent Tunisian courts.
