Delivery is free throughout Tunisia, with no minimum purchase.
Whatever the amount of your order, whether a mini format at 19.9 DT or a collagen course,
you pay no shipping fees.

Where do we deliver?

In Tunisia, delivery is free, in all governorates, with no minimum amount.

How does an order work?

1. You choose your gummies in the shop or you
   build your routine.
2. You confirm your cart and enter your delivery address.
3. You choose to pay on delivery or by bank card.
4. Your order is prepared and then handed to our partner carrier.
5. You are contacted on delivery at the number given when ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes: you have 48 hours to change your order and
24 hours to cancel it. Just write to us at
contact@lesessentielleslab.com.tn or send us a message on
Instagram.

Is a phone number required?

Yes. The delivery person calls you before arriving: a reachable number avoids
missed delivery attempts. Check it before confirming your cart.

What if I prefer to buy at a pharmacy?
